G. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Case #17-014, John Hennig, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances; 1) A 39 foot front yard setback variance for Parcel “A” and, 2) A 43.65 foot lot width variance for Parcel “B”, both variances from Section 4.06(D), Table 4.06 for the purposes of a lot split, 8810 Allen Rd., Parcel #08-17-151-024, R-1A Single Family Residential.
2. Case #17-015, Lance Baylis, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances; 1) A 12 foot sign setback variance from Section 12.03(A)(5) and, 2) A 5.34 foot height variance from Section 12.03(B), Table 12.03 B-1 in order to construct a new ground sign, 7736 Ortonville Rd., Parcel #08-17-451-026, O Office.
