Clarkston-area Backyard Birders Club hosts Daryl Bernard, executive director of Seven Ponds Nature Center, at its Aug. 29 meeting.
“You won’t want to miss Daryl’s accounts of some truly extra-ordinary sightings in our area and at birding hot spots in the state in just the last few months,” said club member Bill Haney. “It will be a visual treat as well with some great photos of birds.”
The club meets at 7 p.m. on the last Wednesday of the month at The Gateway, 7150 N. Main Street. Admission is free.
