John Williamson, store manager of the Great Lakes Ace Hardware store manager on Sashabaw Road, joined the My Habitat Clarkston Steering Committee, replacing Pastor Dan Whiting of Clarkston Community Church, who recently retired.
Williamson has been in hardware store management for 45 years and at the Great Lakes Ace Clarkston store for the past seven years.
“Great Lakes Ace Hardware’s core values are to improve lives and communities,” said Williamson. “My Habitat Clarkston is such a natural fit for our staff, and we’ve been so pleased to have been a partner for the past seven years. It truly is an honor to represent our hardware store and join such a fantastic group of community volunteers.”
