When Atlas Township firefighters responded to a report of an abandoned house fire last weekend, they found nothing but a chimney and some rubble.The house, located at 9384 Horton Road in Atlas Township, had burned in a fire late in the summer of 2003, said Jim Naugler, Atlas Township fire chief.The owner of the vacant property was cited for illegally burning rubble that had been ‘pushed into a hole? in the former structure’s foundation, said Naugler.
