This year, as a part of Everest’s expanded elective offerings, the school has worked together with FANUC to provide students in Robotics III with access to industry-level robots in Everest’s new innovations lab.
EC teachers Jeffrey Stencel, Matthew Mileski, and Nghiem Nguyen attended FANUC academy in August to learn more about the robots.
FANUC is a Japanese group of companies that provide automation products and services such as robotics and computer numerical control wireless systems.
Everest places an important emphasis on the correct place of technology in learning while preparing its students to be leaders in today’s society.
Everest students are formed in using properly cursive handwriting, physical books, and other skills that are often swept aside in favor of technology, while at the same time preparing them to use technology in college and beyond.
