Police seek leads on Atlas burglar

Atlas Twp. – Police are seeking information on an Atlas Township burglary which allegedly occured between May 1 and June 19 this year.
According to police reports, a home in the 8000 block of M-15 was broken into while the owner was on vacation, and more than $7,000 in equipment was stolen.
The homeowner reported numerous items missing, including $500 to $600 in cash, $1,000 in loose coins, a cherry-stained jewelry box containing rings, bracelets, and necklaces, a Sony VCR and receiver, a Pioneer DVD player, a surround-sound system and speakers, a Garmin GPS system, a Presario laptop computer, a 35mm camera, a Canon digital camera, and a Yaesu ham radio.
