Everest Collegiate Varsity Football scored a 65-30 victory at University Liggett last Friday.
They opened the scoring off a 26-yard touchdown run from Nathan Beggs and continued their lead with another touchdown from Beggs, this time on a 1-yard run. He also scored on a 2-point conversion to put the score 15-0.

The Mountaineers scored three times in the second quarter with a 50-yard interception return by Jimmy Nedwick, a 36-yard touchdown run by Beggs, and a 27-yard touchdown run by Joey Thibodeau. They closed the first half with a 37-16 lead.
Thibodeau went 3-for-6 in passing. Johnny Nedwick caught four passes for 97 yards with one touchdown.
Beggs rushed 122 yards on 15 carries. Xander Wolshleger rushed 39 yards on one carry for one touchdown. Jimmy Nedwick led defense with seven tackles, ten assists, two sacks and two tackles for loss in yards.
The Mountaineers (4-1) host Cardinal Mooney Catholic this Friday for their Homecoming game. Kick off is 7 p.m.
