The recent onset of winter weather warrants a couple of friendly reminders from the city.Residents and business owners are responsible for shoveling the sidewalks on their property of any accumulations of two inches or more, and overnight parking on city streets is prohibited to facilitate plowing and salting.

Springfield Township roadwork

Davisburg Road/Broadway Road east of Andersonville Road in Springfield Township will remain closed for township mill pond and culvert work until late February.The detour is Andersonville Road to White Lake Road to Dixie Highway back to Davisburg Road and vice versa.
