Clarkston city hall renovation work completed this week include framing for the DPW garage and workshop bump-out, and the new front porch, said City Manager Jonathan Smoth.
The new roof has been installed, including four new skylights in the workshop, and painting of the exterior trim work is complete. Installation of the base for the new front sidewalk and the new garage floor drain are in process.
In the new public restroom, all of the rough plumbing, electrical and drywall work is complete, making it ready for tile installation.
“So far, the construction costs are $7,212 under budget for the completed categories,” Smith said.
