Kiosk earnings

Spaces on the west side of the lot are permit-parking from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday. From 8 a.m.-4 p.m. in the rest of the lot, parking is two hours maximum.

Park repairs

City Council voted unanimously, May 14, to approve up to $1,800 for repairs to the irrigation system in Depot Park.
The funds, from Friends of Depot Park, will be used to repair broken rotors, spray heads and nozzles, electric valve, line link, and fittings, and for labor provided by Marc Dutton Irrigation, which installed the system.

More sidewalk

The City of the Village of Clarkston is working with the owners of 177 N. Main and Independence Township to extend the sidewalk on the west side of M-15 from Miller Road to the Brioni’s parking lot. Private donations are also being sought to augment city and township funds. The goal is to complete the work by July 4.
