Davisburg Parent Teacher Connection and Springfield Township Parks and Recreation host the Family Fun Color Run 5K and 3K Loops on Friday, Oct. 5, at the Shiawassee Basin Preserve, 12000 Davisburg Road.
A carnival, with bounce house, rock-wall, novelty ice cream, and games, opens at 4 p.m. and the run starts at 5:30 p.m. The course will be on natural, rugged terrain. No strollers, please.
Non-refundable registration, including wristband to carnival, finisher medal, and T-shirt while supplies last, is $25/4-18 years old; $30/18 years and up; and $75/teams and family up to five.
In the event of rain, the run will be rescheduled for Oct. 6, 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
