Leah Sivak, junior at Clarkston High School, has received the Scholastic Writing & Arts Silver Key Award for their graphic novel concept, “Parasite.” Leah has loved to draw since they were a child, going through dozens of sketchpads. Over the past few years, they have taken this art form into the digital format, allowing for endless revisions and additions.
