Clarkston Varsity Volleyball is ready for the playoffs after finishing the regular season as OAA Red champions.
They sealed the title with a 3-0 win over Bloomfield Hills, 25-10, 25-21, 25-16. The win put them 7-0 in the league.
Senior Paige Giehtbrock had ten kills, nine digs, seven aces and two blocks. Junior Cayla Cogan had 13 kills and two blocks. Junior Emery Kuebler had 30 assists and three aces. Junior Kiley Gallagher had 11 digs. Senior Monti Ritter had eight digs.
The Wolves opened MHSAA Volleyball Division 1, District 31 playoffs against Waterford Mott and won 3-0.
They play Oxford in the district semifinal Wednesday, 7 p.m. The final championship round is Thursday, 6 p.m. at Clarkston High School.
The winner moves on to Regional 8 at White Lake Lakeland. The regional semifinal is Tuesday, Nov. 8, 7:15 p.m. and the final is Thursday, Nov. 10, 7 p.m.
