The David W. Elliott Memorial Foundation is providing a grant of $3,000 to ShelterBox, a charity affiliated with Rotary International.
Clarkston Rotary suggested using ShelterBox to route funds for refugee and disaster relief in countries including Ukraine, Romania, and Yemen.
Several years ago, a member of Clarkston Rotary was instrumental in establishing Rotary clubs in Ukraine.
