Clarkston City Council voted, March 11, to approve second reading and adoption of a City Ordinance change requiring all building projects obtain Planning Commission approval.
The change requires site plan review by the planning commission of any new structure, change, other building activities in all residential zones. Previously, R-1 and R-2 zones did not require site plan review by the planning commission or Historic District Commission. The change takes effect 30 days after proper notice.
