The Settlor, DAVID W. ROSS, (prededed indeath by his wife, BARBARA J. ROSS – DOD May 2, 2021) who lived at 6981 Hubard Circle, Clarkston, Michigan 48346, died December 31, 2021. there is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims agains DAVID W. ROSS or the DAVID W. ROSS AND BARBARA J. ROSS REVOCABLE LIBING TRUST AGREEMENT dated October 13, 2010, will be forever barred unless present to KAREN M. (ROSS) BIRCH, 5543 Sheringham Blvd., Clarkston, Michigan 48346, or DAVID T. ROSS of292 Addison Circle, Fowlerville, Michigan 48836, Co-Successor Truestees, within four months after the date of publication.
Notive us furhter giventhat the Trust will thereafter be assignede and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
