The Settlor, Patrick James Flynn, date of birth 01/01/1937 who lived at, 3634 Erie Drive, West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on November 10, 2020. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Patrick J. Flynn Self-Trusteed Revocable Trust, dated 04/28/1994, will be forever barred unless presented to Shirley A. Flynn, Trustee, 3634 Erie Dr., West Bloomfield, MI 48324, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
