2. Case #21-018, Erik Edwards, Petitioner, Requesting: A variance from Section 10.05(B)(1) in order to permit an already constructed fence greater than four (4) feet in the front yard., 6110 S. Main St., Parcel #08-29-251-001, R-1A Single Family Residential.
3. Case 21-019, Scott Heald, Petitioner, Requesting: A 977 square feet variance from Section 5.06(A)(2)(b) in order to construct an additional garage to the home to connect to the already existing detached garage, 5011 Waldon Rd., Parcel #08-26-200-025, R-1R Rural Residential.
