1. Case #21-029, Independence Land Conservancy, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances, 1) A variance from Section 5.06(A)(1) for placement of an accessory structure on a parcel without a primary structure and, 2) A 40 foot front yard setback variance from Section 5.06(A)(4), Table 5.06-2 in order to construct a tool shed on a future pocket park maintained by the Independence Land Conservancy, Northwest corner of Dixie Hwy. & Lakewood Blvd., Parcel #08-29-302-017, R-1A Single Family Residential. (POSTPONED DECEMBER 1, 2021)
G. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Case #22-008, Jeffrey Roselli, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances; 1) A 5.3 foot front yard setback variance and, 2) A 32.5 foot rear yard setback variance, both from Section 4.06(D), Table 4.06 in order to construct an addition to a home, 6510 Northview Dr., Parcel #08-20-276-011, R-1A Single Family Residential.
2. Case 22-009, Sedra LLC, Petitioner, Requesting: Three (3) total variances; 1) A variance from Section 10.06(F) for a deviation from the front greenbelt requirements on Dixie Hwy. and Deer Lake Rd., and two (2) variances from Section 4.19(D), Table 4.19, 1) A 5 foot front yard setback variance and, 2) A 15,719.2 square foot lot width variance; all in order to construct a Bigby Coffee, Northwest corner of Deer Lake Rd. & Dixie Hwy., Parcel #08-30-251-010, C-3 Highway Commercial.

The Meeting will be held in-person in the Township Hall Meeting Room. The public has the option to attend the meeting virtually via Microsoft Teams.
