Case #21-025, Joel Raymond, Petitioner, Requesting: Two total variances; 1) A 35 foot side yard variance from Section 5.06(A)(4), Table 5.06-2 and 2) A 168 square foot variance from Section 5.06(A)(3), Table 5.06-1 in order to permit an already existing pole barn, 9779 Ortonville Rd., Parcel #08-05-300-055, R-1R Rural Residential.
2. Case #21-026, Pete & Lori Garza, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances, 1) A variance from Section 5.06(A)(4) for placement of an accessory structure in front of the principal structure and, 2) A 21 foot side yard setback variance from Section 5.06(A)(4), Table 5.06-2 in order to permit an already constructed accessory structure on the property, 9185 Fox Hollow Rd., Parcel #08-08-200-028, R-1R Rural Residential.
