1. Case #22-021, Sam Kizy, Petitioner, Requesting: A variance from Section 12.04(B), Table 12.04 B-1 to permit a new sign to be located on the front property line, 4580 Sashabaw Rd., Parcel #08-34-479-009, R-1A Single Family Residential. (POSTPONED OCTOBER 5, 2022)

G. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Case #22-027, Paul & Kimberly Dannels, Petitioner, Requesting: Three (3) total variances; 1) A variance from Section 5.06(A)(4) for placement of an accessory structure in front of a principle structure and, 2) A 63 foot front yard setback variance from Section 5.06(A)(4), Table 5.06-2 for the existing historic pole barn and, 3) A 22.6 foot side yard variance for the principle structure; all variances in order to construct a new home and keep the historic pole barn, 8780 Perry Lake Dr., Parcel #08-09-451-005, R-1R Rural Residential.
2. Case 22-028, Shane Denton, Petitioner, Requesting: A 20 front setback variance from Section 4.06(D), Table 4.06 in order to permit construction of a new home on a newly split lot, Southwest corner of Church St. & Hillside Dr., Part of Parcel #08-20-356-013, R-1A Single Family Residential.
