Case #22-001, Jeff & Marnie Chamberlain, Petitioner, Requesting: Two (2) total variances, 1) A 10 foot lot width variance for Parcel 1 and 2) A 237.44 foot ¼ lot width-to-depth ratio for Parcel 2, both from Section 4.06(D), Table 4.06 in order to split the property, 6232 Waldon Rd., Parcel #08-21-400-009, R-1A Single Family Residential (Conditional Rezoning).

The Meeting will be held in-person in the Township Hall Meeting Room. In the interest of following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) guidelines to minimize the chance of exposure to COVID-19 by avoiding gatherings and practicing social distancing, the public will have the option to attend the meeting virtually via Webex.

Public comment and questions will be accepted during the meeting at an appropriate time. The Chair of the meeting will explain the procedure and rules.
