2. Case #21-003, Alan Aulgur, Petitioner, Requesting: A variance from Section 4.03(C) in order to construct a new home from the existing right-of-way line, South side of Maybee Rd., east of Pine Knob Ln., Parcel #08-35-226-034, R-1A Single Family Residential.
