Continental Structural Plastics announced recently that Clarkston resident John Ruterbusch, executive director, North American sales, has been recognized by Automotive News as a 2021 Rising Star.
The Rising Stars program honors U.S.-based auto executives, under the age of 45, on the manufacturing and supply side of the auto industry who have the talent and dedication necessary to become industry leaders of tomorrow.
“John possesses a unique skill set developed over a variety of roles, from technical to commercial, and from experiences gained from positions throughout the automotive supply chain, from materials to Tier 1 supplier,” said Michael Senerius, chief marketing officer for CSP. “In his current role, John leads a team that will generate approximately $1 billion in sales in 2021. He is recognized by our executive management team as a strong leader with unlimited future potential.”
Ruterbusch, 40, joined CSP in 2018 as a director of business development. He was promoted to his current role in May 2021, and today leads the North American Commercial Sales team.
