Cagers came out and played another enthusiastic game of basketball beating Carman Ainsworth, 60-51.
The Wolves led the way into the second half with a 29-14 lead over Carman Ainsworth.
Their competition fought back during the third and fourth quarter catching up to the Wolves.
With three minutes left in game, Carman Ainsworth was four points behind Clarkston.
The Wolves widened the gap in points. Free throws from Julius Porter and Brandon Pokley put more points on the board, confirming Carman Ainsworth had lost their 8-0 winning streak.
High scorers for the Wolves were Porter with 16, Pokley with 12, and Oliver Kupe with 10.
High scorers for Carman Ainsworth were Kieon Arkwright with 16 and Jon Lee with 13.
The Wolves will travel to Flint Northern High School on Tuesday night. JV play at 6 p.m. with Varsity following at 7:30 p.m.
