Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home hosts its annual Veterans Seminar at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the American Legion Post 63 at 8047 Ortonville Road.
“Valuable information is available about cremation and burial options”, said Tim Currier of Wint Funeral Home. “There is a lot of assistance available for our veterans in this area. Veterans and their families need this knowledge to make informed decisions.”
The event features speakers from Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Oakland County Veterans and Wint Funeral Home who will talk about veterans’ benefits provided by the federal government and the benefits of preplanning.
