Hard work recently paid off for 69 graduates in the Learning Options High School and Adult Education program at the CERC building, as they received their diplomas in a graduation ceremony at the Lake Orion High School Performing Arts Center auditorium on June 3.
Forty-three from Learning Options and 26 students from Adult Ed took the stage during the ceremony, receiving class flowers and gifts along with their diplomas.
Leeann Bartley, president of the Lake Orion School Board, served as guest speaker, and the North Oakland Concert Band provided music.
