The Lake Orion High School Winter Color Guard placed 11th in the Scholastic A finals of the Detroit Regional Competition, held on Saturday at Ferndale High School.
The team placed 10th out of 22 teams in the Scholastic A prelims to qualify for the evening finals, scoring a 71.70 from the judges in the morning and a 69.90 in the finals.
Chippewa Valley High School took first place with an 84.00.
