The Clarkston Girls Varsity Golf team finished in fifth place out of 24 teams during the 14th Annual Farmington Invite at Glen Oaks last Friday.
Alexandria LeCureux and Elin Gebrowsky shared a three-way tie for 12th place as both hit an 81 for the day.
Mae Norman finished with an 85 and Anjali Issac hit a 93.
Rochester Adams finished in first place with a score of 317, while South Lyon was second place with a score of 334, Troy Athens third, at 336, Northville fourth with 339 points, and then Clarkston in fifth with a point total of 340.
The Wolves lost to Troy Athens during their home meet at Pine Knob Golf Club, Sept.8, 170-171.

Clarkston Boys Varsity Soccer tied their delayed game against Troy Athens on Friday, 1-1.
Senior Dylan Walker opened the scoring to give the Wolves the lead early in the first half. Before the half closed, Athens tied the score. The game was previously schedule for Tuesday, Sept. 7, as storms pushed back the day.
Clarkston is ranked fifth in Division 1 by the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association as of Sunday as they head into this week. Athens is ranked fourth.
The Wolves opened the week at Troy on Tuesday. They host Goodrich on Thursday. JV plays at 5:30 p.m., varsity follows.

Clarkston Varsity Volleyball opened their quad at home with a 2-0 win over Oxford, Sept. 7.
They won the first set, 25-16, and a closer second set, 25-21.
Sophomore Cayla Cogan had nine kills. Junior Paige Giehtbrock had five kills and eight digs. Senior Elizabeth Adams had five kills and four blocks. Sophomore Kiley Gallagher had three aces and seven digs. Junior Emma Larkins had six blocks and senior Summer Jidas had six digs.
They won their game against Flushing, 2-0; 25-20 and 25-12.
They host Troy Athens on Tuesday, Sept. 21. JV plays at 5:30 p.m., varsity follows.
