On September 7, in the 10000 block of Horseshoe Circle, two females, a 31-year-old from Independence Township and a 19-year-old from Lapeer, were in an altercation. The Lapeer woman scratched the victim’s arm and then punched her in the shoulder/chest area after an argument. Officers arrived on scene and issued a ticket for assault and battery to the Lapeer woman.
