The expo is set for 5-6 p.m, April 21 at Brandon High School for Chamber members and from 6-8 p.m. for the public. Businesses should reserve a table by March 21 in order to receive early bird registration fees and guarantee an ad in the Business Expo booklet. Business set up on April 21 begins at 3 p.m.
‘This is the fourth expo and it has proven to be a win-win situation for the businesses and community,? said chamber president Bob McArthur. ‘The response has been very positive and it’s impressive how well the businesses are showcased.?

Businesses will get a prorated membership to the Chamber of Commerce when they sign up for the Business Expo.
‘We want everyone in the area to come and enjoy themselves it’s a great time to network with area businesses,? Waybrant said.
Although some residents may not be aware, the expo is meant for the public and is free, said chamber trustee Susan Reddy.
‘The public can meet businesses that they might not know are in the area or they might not be very familiar with,? said Reddy. ‘The benefit for businesses is exposure, networking with other businesses and with the public.?
Last year, 69 area businesses had exhibitor tables and about 400 residents attended. Restaurants often have free samples available and other businesses may also offer free gifts or services. In addition, each business donates a free gift worth at least $25 for a raffle.
‘It’s a fun event and it supports the Chamber,? Reddy said.
