Goodrich – She’ll have to give up her seats on the planning commission and zoning board of appeals, but Pat Schierup will soon be the new Goodrich village clerk.
Schierup, who’s previously served on the village council, was hired as a part-time clerk at the rate of $10 per hour. The hiring decision was approved by the village council at its Jan. 10 meeting.
Schierup will replace retiring clerk Jeanie Bradley, who will leave the office Jan. 26.
Village officials are seeking applicants to fill the vacancy on the zoning board of appeals, and two vacancies on the planning commission.
