A Lake Orion 17-year-old has been charged with criminal sexual conduct (CSC) after Oakland County Sheriff’s Department investigators said he sexually assaulted a co-worker.
The incident occurred on Oct. 15 at Alexander’s Car Wash on Lapeer Road.
According to the OCSD, the boy assaulted a 17-year-old female co-worker, who reported the assault to deputies the next day.
Officers attempted to contact the responsible that same day, and said he avoided them.
An arrest warrant for CSC Third Degree was requested on Oct. 17, and the boy was arrested on Oct. 18 after he surrendered himself to deputies.
On Oct. 20, the boy was arraigned the charge of CSC Third Degree in Rochester Hills 52/3rd District Court, and given a $20,000 personal bond.
