The Oxford Varsity girls soccer team didn’t lose to Fenton at Monday’s game, but they didn’t win.
Time ran out and the game ended 0-0.
Goalie Kelly Henry made nine saves for Oxford and earned her third shut out of the season.
Last Wednesday, the girls beat Holly 2-1 on their own turf and scored in the first five minutes when senior captain Lisa Reile had a great volleyb from captain Gena Nelson.
In the second half, the Wildcats scored again within the last two minutes of the game from Alex Johnson.
The girls are now 8-3-2 overall. They take on Lapeer East at home tonight at 6:30.
