Hank’s Fly Fishing is a busy place for the next few weeks as they host many events for the community.
On Thursday (July 26) Hank’s is hosting ‘Your Credit-FYI,? a presentation that will provide information that everyone should know about their credit. It will be held from 6:30-9 p.m.
The presentation will be given by Matt from Metro Shores Financial, who is one of three people licensed by the State of Michigan to help people clean up their credit.
Free refreshments will be served at the event.
On Saturday (July 28) from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Hank’s is having ‘Demo Days.?
Several vendors, such as Sage, Scott, Simms, Cortland, Hardy, Patagonia, Cloudveil and Winston, will be at Hank’s all day with their latest and greatest products.
Everyone is invited to stop by this free event and talk with vendors, check out their new products and even cast your favorite rod.
Hank’s will be barbecuing hot dogs and having raffles, as well as a ‘Balloon Sale? that offers all customers an opportunity to save up to 30% on selected merchandise.
Hank’s will also be hosting an ‘Open House? on Saturday, August 18, from noon to 4 p.m.
This celebration marks Hank’s third year in business, and many events are planned throughout the day. Local wood carver Gary Elzerman will be carving new creations, as well casting and fly tying demonstrations.
Several clubs will also be on hand to offer information about their programs and memberships.
The grill will be fired up, prizes will be given away and everyone is welcome to stop by and have some fun at this free event.
