The Lake Orion girls swim squad had all three of their relay teams place at the Oakland County Meet on Saturday, helping the team to a 12th-place finish overall in the two-day event held at LOHS.
Their seventh-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay (Nicole Kudla, Sarah Stiel, Christine Forrest and Emily Loerch) netted the team 24 of their 68.5 total points.
Twelfth-place finishes by both the 200-yard medley relay (Sara Simic, Kudla, Chelsey Booth and Stiel) and the 400-yard freestyle relay (Forrest, Amy Norman, Stiel and Loerch) teams earned 10 points each.
Individual placers included Loerch in the 200-yard freestyle (tied for 13th, 3.5 points), Forrest in the 500-yard freestyle (16th, 1 point) and Simic and Ronnie Booth in the 100-yard backstroke (tied for 13th, 3.5 points each).
Jenna Dorey scored 13 points with her 6th-place finish in the diving competition.
Farmington Hills Mercy swam past the field with an impressive 450.5 team total, more than 250 ahead of the nearest competition.
