As the holidays approach and it’s time to start shopping for gifts, the Orion Art Center is seeking artists to participate in the sixth annual Holiday Market. It runs from Dec. 1-22.
The Holiday Market is not only a showcase for local artists, but also a place to find a unique gift for the ones you love.
‘We pride ourselves on supporting artists while offering a unique shopping experience to our residents,? said Orion Art Center Executive Director Reggie Harrison, noting that the market will feature a variety of original items including jewelry, pottery, glass, woodwork, fiber art, photography, prints, paintings and much more.
The non-profit arts organization opens to the public between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, for shoppers, and is located in downtown at 115 S. Anderson.
