Epiphany was celebrated onstage when St. Mary’s In-The-Hills school youth and youth group performed the play Wee Three Kings recently.
Ancient traditions were also celebrated when Rev. Christine Humphrey carried out the tradition of ‘chalking the doorway? of the church, which serves as a reminder to all who pass through to seek God’s gift of blessings, a tribute to the gifts of the three Kings as they visited the Christ-child.
St. Mary’s In-the-Hills Episcopal Church is located at 2512 Joslyn Court.
Services are at 8.30 a.m. and 10 a.m. each Sunday, with Church School and Nursery at the 10 a.m. service.
