The Lake Orion boys? swim team placed fourth at the OAA II meet, held last week at Clarkston, which won the league by winning the meet.
The Dragons had top-five finishes from Petar Simic in the 100-breast (third, 1:05.68) and Zachary Nowicki in the 100-back (fifth, 1:00.27),.
Their 200-free relay team of Simic, David Kullmann, Peter Slavin and Kyle Kibbe placed second (Caleb Narsh and Darryn Horvath raced in the preliminaries for that team). Nicholas Leggieri, Simic, Kibbe and Slavin took fourth in the 200-medley relay (Billy Dixon, Marc Vetter and John VanGamper raced in that preliminary).
Diving regionals and the state meet will be held next week.
