The Lake Orion Community Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting Friday, May 2, to interview Ken Gutman for the superintendent position.
Gutman is currently the district’s Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, Curriculum and Instruction and is the only internal candidate identified by the board, to date.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the board room of the district’s central office, located at 315 N. Lapeer Street. The public is welcome.
Current Superintendent Christine Lehman is retiring this June.
