After almost two weeks off the course, the Oxford girls golf team is preparing to once again face some tough competition at the Romeo Invitational at Heather Hills.
The last meet for the Lady Wildcats was on April 16 against Romeo. The team lost 195-223 in terrible wind and cold.
Placing for Oxford were Jacqui Grace with 52, Kate Hubbard with 54, and Emily Jacobsen with 60. Also placing was highlight golfer Karen Offer who came up from the JV team and shot a 57.
The other varsity players were Jackie Maher with 61 and Beth Hubbard with 63.
The Lady Wildcats are looking forward to some better weather on the course this weekend as they once again compete against Romeo.
