Dear Mr. Meisner,
It was with a heavy heart when my daughter and I attended Brooks’ funeral last August. To lose a man that cherished his family unconditionally and a man that strove for excellence throughout his leadership of Oakland County was devastating.
To besmirch Brooks by calling him a racist and a misogynist and a xenophobe is a stain on your part to the voters of Oakland County. Brooks was the mighty oak,and the only color he ever saw was red which is the color of everyone’s blood on this planet.
I think my daughter and my father and I would love to erect a statue of the late, great L. Brooks Paterson!
Sincerely,
Fory and Izabel Milzow
