Approval Of Agenda – Motion Motioned by Avery, Seconded by Luginski. All Aye – Motion Carried

Resolution: Approval of Invoices for Payment

Motioned by Avery, seconded by Wylie to authorize the City Manager to proceed with the payment of

the attached invoices totaling $33,581.00. Avery, Haven, Luginski, Marsh, Reynolds, Wylie – Yes.

Kneisc – Absent. Resolution Adopted.

Resolution: Historic Preservation Consultation Contract Motioned by Wylie, seconded by Avery to authorize the City Manager to accept and sign the H2A agreement. The fee structure shown is for the planning only, The HDC’s 19-20 budget remains limited to $2000. Avery, Haven, Luginski, Marsh, Reynolds, Wylie – Yes. Kneisc absent. Resolution Adopted.
