Clarkston Everest Collegiate senior senior Taylor Whitkopf advances to the Michigan Interscholastic Horse Association regional competition at the Ingham County Fairgrounds, Oct. 1-3.
Whitkop qualified for the regional meet after winning the District 2 Division D Reserve Champion.
The top two scoring teams in each division from each of the 20 districts advance to the regional competition. The regional is the qualifying meet to make it to the state championship meet. MIHA is made up of five regions (A, B, C, D, and E). Each region has four districts.
