Police contacted a 27-year-old female on Staton St. for a welfare check because her mother and sister contacted authorities after not being able to reach her over the phone. The girl said the two contacted officers because they don’t like her husband.

A resident on N. Washington St. asked Oxford police officers to please find her husband, who was walking the family dog, because she was having severe stomach pains and needed to be taken to the hospital. The woman denied medical treatment to dispatchers.
Dispatch received a 911 call from a Teelin resident because a “red truck drove through his lawn causing damage to his property.”

A 59-year-old Drahner Rd. woman came home to find that an unknown individual had broken into her home. The woman found that the intruder had gotten in by breaking a basement window and that the suspect had injured himself in the process. The only items she found stolen were a cell phone, pair of running pants and some band aids.

A 25-year-old S. Washington St. resident reported minor property damage to the front door of her apartment.
Medical emergency on Lakeville Rd. east of Curtis Rd.
Oxford police found during an after-hours inspection that the bartender working for Rob’s Place on this evening had been drinking while on the clock. The establishment’s owner was contacted about the situation.
A 911 call came into dispatch for a possible domestic problem on Lakesview.

Oxford police were contacted for an animal complaint when a resident found an injured kitten in a driveway on N. Washington St.
