The Lady Wolves finished in fifth place out of 21 teams at the Oakland County Girls Golf tournament at Pontiac Country Club with 346 points, Sept. 20.
Claudia Sampson led the Clarkston Varsity Girls Golf team, tying for ninth, with a par of 77. Lauren Hartline hit a 85, tying for 19th place. Ashley Liles finished with 91; Samantha Weber, 93; and Zoe Puskar, 99.
Bloomfield Hills finished in first place with 327; Lake Orion in second, 328; South Lyon, third, 342; and Farmington Mercy, fourth, 344.
The Lady Wolves started the week with a close loss to Bloomfield Hills on Sept. 19 at Pine Knob, 156-157.
Sampson, who shot a 37. Liles and Hartline each had 38 and Weber had a 44.
The Lady Wolves finished in second place in the OAA Red Division tournament at Pine Knob on Sept. 14. They scored 336 for their finish out of six teams.
Liles led the team with a par of 76 for second place. Sampson finished with a 86, tying for eighth place while Weber, Puskar and Payton Greenlee each shot 87, tying for tenth. Hartline hit a 91.
Bloomfield Hills finished in first place with 331. Lake Orion finished in third place, 347; Birmingham Seaholm, fourth, 371; Rochester, fifth, 387; and Troy, sixth, 399.
