Clarkston Everest Collegiate Football shut out Lutheran Northwest in the district semifinals last Friday, 28-0.
The Mountaineers (8-2) host Marine City Cardinal Mooney (6-4) in the district final. The game is this Friday with kick off at 6 p.m.
Everest Collegiate Girls Cross Country finished in seventh place at the MHSAA Division 4 Region 33 at Webberville on Friday with 149 points.
Junior Erica Walker qualified for the state championship with a ninth place finish, with a season record of 21.49.58.
She heads to Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn this Saturday for the state final.
