Park Place Mortgage has made its mark.
The business opened in December of 2003 with a staff of only two.
Now, just a short year later, the company has a full house with ten loan officers.
Branch manager Claudia Armstrong worked for Park Place Mortgage for several years before deciding to open the Clarkston branch.
A Waterford resident, Armstrong liked the convenience and the Clarkston community.
‘Clarkston is a wonderful community,? said Armstrong. ‘And we are looking forward to building more wonderful relationships.?
Park Place Mortgage offers financial help in many areas including: commercial, vacant land and manufactured housing.
Park Place Mortgage is one of the few lenders in Michigan that is trained and qualified to perform reverse mortgages.
Park Place is a full service mortgage company that also works with non-profit organizations and churches in the area, raising funds. In addition, the company is arranging funds for the tsunami disaster.
