There is a new pizzeria on Sashabaw Rd. that serves a wide variety offerings.
Renderoni’s opened its doors just five weeks ago, and already is spreading a reputation for tasty pizza.
Tim Render opened Renderoni’s as a break from the traditional restaurant industry. Growing up in Clarkston, Render and his family were the proud owners of Harvey’s Restaurant.
‘I grew up in the restaurant environment, and I grew up to concentrate on doing a good job,? said Render.
‘I don’t want to come off smug, but the difference between Renderoni’s and other pizza places is the quality of the products we use.?
Render believes using only the best products makes all of the difference in the world. Renderoni’s uses gourmet, custom-blend cheese, with a selection of fresh toppings.
‘You are not going to see this type of pizza north of Birmingham,? said Render. ‘It’s top quality pizza cooked the old-fashioned way, in a brick oven.?
While the establishment is still fairly new, Render is proud of the store’s success and admits he could not run the business alone. Render works closely with his wife Ember and cook Scott Rader.
‘He’s the pizza master,? said Render about Rader.
The pizzamaker has been tossing pies for over 30 years, and is pleased to be joining the new and improved Renderoni’s.
‘Between my skills and his, we could provide a service to the community that would be phenomenal,? said Render.
Render strives to maintain cleanliness, great food and service, in addition to a wholesome atmosphere. The Renderoni motto: ‘We do it right and with our own unique style.?
Renderoni’s offers many favorites including: pizza, deli sandwiches, subs, hot sandwiches, baked breads, breadsticks and fresh desserts. Renderoni’s also caters and delivers. Business hours are Monday ? Thursday, 11 a.m. ? 10 p.m.; Friday, 11 a.m. ? 11 p.m.; Saturday, 1 p.m. ? 11 p.m.; and Sunday, 2 p.m. ? 9 p.m.
