Clarkston Girls Track and Field team won their OAA Red League meet against Rochester Adams at home last Wednesday, 65-63.
For track events, finishing in the top three are: in the 100-meter dash, Jurney Harris in first place in the time of 13.71; Sofia Shields, third, 14.12; 200-meter dash, Keira Zorski, second, 28.85; Brooke Ratliff, third, 29.30; 400-meter dash, Annelise Lemieux, first, 1:06.32; Crysta Gasiorowski, third, 1:08.53; 800-meter run, Alexandra Brigham, first, 2:31.26; Cate Cotter, third, 2:40.76; 1,600-meter run, Rebekah Wilson, second, 5.55.92; 3,200-meter run, Brigham, first, 11:33.63; Wilson, third, 13:04.46; and 100-meter hurdles, Brooke Perry, third, 19.32.
For relays, the Wolves finished in first place in the 3,200-meter relay, 10:48.30; second place in the 400-meter relay, 55.13; second in the 800-meter relay, 1:58.75; and second place in the 1,600-meter relay, 4:31.44.
For field events, finishing in the top three, in the shot put, Phoebe Savoieand Nicole McCowey tied for first place with distance of 22-11; discus, McCowey, first, 83-02.50; Allie Danatzko, second, 59-09; high jump, Carsey Collins, first, 4-08; long jump, Emily Valencia, first, 14-10.50; and Katrina Massey, third, 14-02.25.
The boys team lost to Rochester Adams, 82-46.
For track events, finishing in the top three are: in the 100-meter dash, Glenn Wood in first place in the time of 11.90; Cole Church, third, 12.02; 200-yard rush, Nathen Hutchons, third, 24.72; 400-meter dash, Brock Trevino, third, 55.19; 800-meter run, Joey Taverna, first, 2:05.01; Henry Poploskie, third, 2:13.78; 1,600-meter run, Poploskie, first, 4:55.38; Bryce Nowik, second, 5:00.52; 3,200-meter run, Taverna, first, 10:37.69; Jaxson Nowik, second, 10:55.13; 110-meter hurdles, Colin Bastuba, 17.33; and 300-meter hurdles, Bastuba, third, 45.86.
For relays, the Wolves took second places in the 800-meter relay, 1:39.68; the 1,600-meter relay, 3:45.67; and 3,200-meter, 8:33.92.
For field events, finishing in the top three, in high jump, Aidan Moreira in second place with distance of 5-06; Hutchons, third, 5-04; long jump, Mark Palmeter, first, 18-09; and Moreira, second, 18-01.50.
The Wolves head to Lake Orion this Wednesday for an OAA Red League meet.

The Clarkston Girls Varsity Tennis team opened the season with a 6-2 win over Lake Orion, April 5.
They opened the week at Bloomfield Hills on Tuesday. They host Stoney Creek on Thursday, 4 p.m.

The Wolves opened the week against Milford on Tuesday. They head to Lakeland on Thursday, 4 p.m. and Clio on Tuesday, April 19, 4:30 p.m.
